New(ish) 2 weeks ago :)

Hi folks

Started this as a way to keep a track of what and how much I eat. Excercise wise not too bad as I walk, cycle and do martial arts but its always been the food thats let me down.

Hoping to get the waistline down a few sizes for the summer so I dont look like a beached whale in my shorts and T!

  • Thanks :) I've already lost over 4lbs in a couple of weeks. Helps that one of the guys in the office is using this to so we're kinda in competition lol
