Hi guys my name is Rycka i am 23 years old and i live in the Bahamas. Stumbled on this site by watching some videos on youtube n said i would give it shot. My weight goal is 160lbs by June i believe its doable if i stay committed sigh........i would say what my weight is now but I would prefer not to. But when i do reach my goal i will let you know what my weight was 
so please i need some friends and some support to start and keep this going!!
