I do TRX a couple times a week and I just add it as "Calisthenics" because I am working just as hard (if not harder) doing my core routine with a TRX than I am doing push-ups and sit-ups on the floor.

not only is everyone different, trx is body weight, unless you add in a weight vest, and can be varied difficulties not only by body weight, but also by position.... trx is great, and can provide great workouts - depending on what you're doing -- if you're doing something along the lines of non stop workouts, you could probably log as circuit training..... if you're resting between sets and such, log as strength training.
  • that's good to know! Thank you!

I do TRX twice a week and count it as calistetics or circuits (they come out same burn) as I am going non stop from exercise to exercise for 45 minutes. it really kicks you in the *kitten*! :) But I love it! ;)

I know I am addicted! I am wiped out when the class is done, but I also have a high/ sense of accomplishment. LOVE it!
