Forgive this very thick question lol but im drinking a 50cl bottle of water.. if im recording it in my food diary what is it i put?..as it says water amounts in "cups"??? Thanks and apolgies in advance for my dimness!! lmao x

    lol you're not being dim. I've wondered the same thing. We don't really use cups as measurements in the UK

    Hi, 50cl equals 2.11 cups - I just googled it.

    8 fluid ounces is 1 cup.
