Don't let your failures make you fail. (I do this to myself so much so I'm going to be working on this. One "failure" or bad decision does not have to lead to another...and another. It DOES NOT have to be a cycle.)

Make a list of things/people that motivate you…surround yourself with them.
Make a list of things/people that make you fail…remove them from your presence.
Make a list of the things you’d like to do when you drop the weight…and check them off as you do them.
