Hello I am 42 years old.. I am battling weight gain I have lost 10 pounds so far.. I have met soo many awesome people on here that are very supportive and so much encouragement... I am looking for more friends that need the support and encouragement.. please add me.. we are not alone on this .. we can win with the support and encouragement..
