Lauren's Blueberry Banana Cake

Lauren is my wonderful girlfriend and she makes me this delicious treat a couple of times a month. I hope you all enjoy!

Ingredient List
1/3 cup sugar free applesauce
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tsp baking soda DISSOLVED in 1/4 cup hot water
1/2 cup whole oats

Recipe
Preheat oven to 325.
In a large bowl, beat applesauce and honey together.
Add bananas, salt, cinnamon. Mix well.
Add whole wheat flour and baking soda mixture. Mix well, scraping sides of bowl.
Add frozen blueberries and oats (fold into batter)
Pour/scoop batter into a 9 x 5 silicone loaf pan
Bake for about 50-60 minutes. Check at 50 minutes, then if needed, bake 5-10 more minutes.
