Need Advice!!

Okay. I am stuck again!! Nothing has changed, still working out and consuming 1600 calories a day. Haven't lost a pound in 2 weeks!! Getting so frustrated!!

    If you're working out regularly, It's possible that you're not only losing fat pounds, but also replacing those fat pounds with muscle pounds.

    Muscle weighs more than fat...hence, no reflection of weight loss on the scales.

    Try tracking Body Measurements for a couple weeks instead. You might be surprised.:noway:
