grilling greens

I was grilling the other day, and remembered hearing about someone broiling Kale (Collard Greens work too)...
so I thought...hey...maybe they would work on the grill.
I ran down to my little garden an picked some fresh Kale, put it on a medium flame,
kept an eye on it...it was fun watching the change occur (it morphed...just try and see).
Before it got too crispy, I took it off...drizzled a tiny bit of olive oil, added salt...
and YUM!
I ate it with grilled sweet potato and eggplant. A nice late lunch in the hot sun!
Home made sun tea with a dash of rasberry spritzer was nice too!
