Don't eat less than your 1200 net calories, also watch the numbers that MFP gives you for calories burned. Many people will tell you those numbers are majorly skewed/inflated. If you don't have a heart rate monitor and don't want to invest in one, I would manually enter you calories burned by about half of what MFP tells you. Some cardio is close, but most is way inflated.
I would change your settings to lose 1# a week at a sedantry lifestyle, eat back your exercise calories, and make sure you NET at least 1200 cals/day.0 -

But I would prefer to lose 2lbs. The 1lb rate is over 1800 calories a day.0 -
