hey my name is Emily. I'm 19 years old. Almost 20 next month and I'm a freshman in college and have been trying to avoid freshman 15. I've been trying to eat healthier and avoid all the college junk food and weight gain stories but its harder. I don't think I've gained a lot of weight but if anyone has any tips and advice that would be great! I do workout...sometimes not as much as i would like but i do sometimes. Oh and i'm 5ft 3 in and i weigh about 128 pounds i believe. Not really sure how much i weigh exactly but i want to be 110 soon because of summer and such. but i need weight loss ideas and tips! thanks so much!
