Hips....my gift from my baby girl.

Does anyone have any advice on getting baby hips back into shape and place? i had my daughter in march of 2011 and their wideness is the main reason i am in the size jeans im in. lol. i wanted to get the belly bandit to pull everything back together but they are pricey. Now i am struggling in weight loss and toning and my hips are a "huge" issue. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.
