I exercised today not because i wanted to but because I just did.
[playing basket ball with some friends]
so my "diary" says i should eat like 1,000 something more and it's 9:30pm!
but the thing is i couldnt even if i tried
the Diary says i eat double the amount of sugar then suggested.
Honestly, i like this thing it's just so confusing!

one day going way under your calories is not the end of the world, things happen and you just happened to burn more then normal. but for the sugar intake, what are you eating thats causing all that sugar? if it's sweet then it has to be something, maybe an excessive amount of fruit... that has natural sugar that could be throwing you off. i would just look at the nutritional facts more and read the ingredients part and see what "number" sugar comes up on the list. Those things are listed from most used to least used.0
