Bigges Loser Challenge

So I have enlisted a BL Challenge with my cousin and two of his friends. All males and I am the only female. We will be weighing in every 2 weeks on a Friday. Our goal is to lose close to possible 10% of our body weight. That means I need to lose 17 lbs! Does anyone know of any templates out there I can keep track and even progress reports? Are there other variations to this challenge to that might not be so demanding? Money is at stake here. Oh and since money is on the line here, how should the "pot" be run? Help here!
