Can you suggest filling low calorie options?

Now that my metabolism is speeding up, I find myself hungry constantly! I'll eat some fruit, but sure enough 30 minutes later I'm hungry again. Can anyone suggest some low calorie filling options for me? Thanks!

    slow releasing carbs should stabolize your blood glucose levels throughout the day and therefore would probably prevent the hypothalmus from signaling your body for more calories, so...fruit would be too fast, those are natural sugars which arnt bad but create too much of an unstable glucose response, the insulin spikes in your blood stream are acting too fast and therefore your getting hungry quickly, try things like oatmeal in the morning, whole wheats, vegetables in particular will give you a great steady blood glucose level with a slow release of complex carbohydrates throughout the day, so yea...oatmeal in the morning with no sugar or anything of the sort, and vegetables throughout the day, meals spaced evenly every 2-3 hours (small meals of course)
