Hello All!
Quick question: In your opinion what are the best exercises to lose inches from your bicep/tricep area? I have been working out and losing weight for a while now (down 25lbs, whoohoo!) and with Zumba I have been losing some serious inches from my waist and stomach. I am not complaining about that at all...very thankful actually. But I haven't lost any inches off of my arms:/ So, what should I add to my routine to help with my arms? Thanks for your help!

Well done on your weigh loss.... I have a set of three different weights just a cheap set from argos. and I have lost nearly 4 '' off the top of my arms. I do 3 sets of 15 bicep curls and the same of shoulder presses, tricep dips. Look on youtube for some arm exercises thats what I did I also do pressups (girlie ones) I do about 6 different arm exercises every other day. Theres loadsa info on the net. I would deffo get a set of weights though :O)0

You can't choose where your fat loss is going to come from; that's just genetics. No exercise is going to target loss of inches / fat from a specific area.0

Wrong you can tone your arms up with strength training and as she is losing weight im sure her arms are slimming down. My arms have totally slimmed down and its because I work on them.0 -

You can tone your muscles, but that won't cause your body to burn fat in a particular area. Fat will come off in a different way from person to person, and short of getting liposuction or something, you don't really have any say in the matter.0 -
