What are some exercises to "perk the girls up"

Push-ups, or using light hand weights- hold them at your sides and raise your arms out straight in front of you with your knuckles facing up.- go slowly. There are lots of exercises you can do with hand weights that will help with "the girls"!0

tone the muscles in the upper chest and back (pectorals, dorsals, etc). work to keep better posture, which will also help with core strength and looking leaner without any exercise or diet. Remember the girls are largely "fatty" tissue, so there's only so much that can be done for them.
