Hey everyone!
When you skip days of working out or logging food...how do you "get back on track"? I feel that if I miss a day or two there is no going back. I know- it doesn't make sense, but for some reason that's how I feel and think about it. I can't justify just saying :"Tomorrow is a new day and you will make better choices". Am I too hard on myself? What has been working for you guys?

I log it no matter what. Put little sticky notes everywhere reminding yourself. I also try to log my food the day before. It helps me stay on track, and I'm not constantly thinking, I need to put this in so I know what I have leftover!--because I already know!0

That is a an interesting theory and it makes perfect sense. Thank you!!!! I like it way better than saying " tomorrow is a new day"...much rather think of it as a U turn:-) Well, I better take one right now!0
