Our weakness can get the best of us, but that is part of being human. How do you deal with it, when you give into your weakness? DO you work out like a mo-fo? lol DO you just let guilt set in and become depressed? DO you just go on? I, personally let guilt set in, but I am a fighting bull and been fighting back, so not giving up this time. :) How do you deal with it?
