Need to get back on track

Had been doing pretty well for about 2 weeks--lost about 7 lb, worked out every day--then over the weekend I got off track. Gained some weight back (2 lb), stopped recording food or exercise, felt crummy about myself. Just FORCED myself to record weight and food for today, but it's really hard. Any inspirational words or food for thought?
