GRRR!:explode:
i just realized that for the past 2 weeks the bread i've been adding in wasn't the same amount of calories as the bread i've been eating. I brought whole wheat and whole grain bread, and when i searched for it one slice came out to be about 65 calories. Finally i had time to look and enter my bread and i realized that one slice is actually 100 calories! i was upset... so just a warning: if your food has the facts on it add it in no matter what! you don't want to get stuck eating more or less calories then you think

Thanks for the warning, I'm fairly new to the site but I've found that to be quite true! A few calories here and there can certainly add up. Especially when you're really trying to hit the target! I've tried adding lots of new foods.0

OHH yeah, I know that feeling. I had picked a food and the calories were not correct, so it makes me wonder how much of the info was right. Different brands give you different nutrition, we just have to be super careful if you want to stay in your allowed count.0

It's hard to find good bread that does not have high-fructose corn syrup or "enriched" flour in it. Look for whole grains, not whole wheat. Seek and ye shall find!0
