So frustrated!

Ugh, so frustrated, perhaps someone can shed some light. I lost 50 pounds in 2010 right before I got pregnant in February 2011. I didn't eat back my workout calories and tried to stick to 1200 calories. Now that I've given birth, I lost the pregnancy weight easily. I've gotten to within a pound of my pre-pregnancy weight, then I'll be up 3-5 pounds. I do have an elliptical so with a 3 year old and a 5 month old, that's been my main exercise. I can burn up to 580 calories on it. I'm also breastfeeding which is about 500 calories. I've also started the 30 day shred, on day 12. Nothing is coming off now. I'm bouncing around the same 3 pounds. I've tried eating back my calories from work out. I'll drop a pound or two then it jumps back up. I've lost 1% of body fat since starting 30DS but I'm up 2 pounds. I'm so frustrated and not sure what to do. Go back to not eating back my workout calories? I'm worried then about breast feeding and how that would effect it.
