I hurt my knee, what can I do to work out?

I really like working out and since I injured my knee I cannot even lightly jog. I'm going crazy. I do not have a gym membership because it is too expensive. I tore my ACL and both meniscus back in 2000 and had 3 surgeries on it. Last week I came down wrong on my knee while playing volleyball. I either broke up scar tissue or did soemthing else to it, but either way I can only walk on it. To make matters worse, my mountain bike is broken so I can't even go biking. Any ideas for lifting or anything to get my heart pumping? I have no idea how long it will take to get my knee back to normal, so any long term exercises would be great. Thanks!:smile:
