Hi can someone advise me please.
I have been filling in my diary ok and have been quiet enjoying doing it , but i am getting a little confused with all the different calories there seem to be on all the different foods .
Example i wanted to know what the calories were for skimmed milk , so went on the database to find out and all the items on there for skimmed milk gave a different calorific value even when it was the same measure , hope im making sense here.
I understand its us that puts the data in but is there a way to just find the standard calories for anything i need to find .x

I usually am able to find what I need if I put in the exact brand of item I'm consuming.

But sometimes, especially for produce which doesn't have nutrition facts, I'll cross reference what I find here with this website
