Hard time to understand

Hi!
I'm new to MFP and english is not my first language...So I'm having a hard time reading and understanding all those posts about TDEE and BMR. I just want some people to help me be sure I'm doing the right thing to lose weight.
Right now, my weight is 195,6 pounds. My BMR, according to MFP is 1776 calories and I burn, still according to MFP, 2150 calories a day (which is my TDEE I guess). So I followed MFP recommandation to lose 1 pound a week and right now I'm eating 1660 calories a day. I eat back exercise calories too.
Does this seems ok? I don't know if I should eat more or less...I'm a bit confused and I really want to make this right. Thanks for any help!

If MFP is estimating your exercise calories, aim to eat 50-75% of them. MFP can over estimate. But you are on the right track.0 -
Thanks !
Anyone else for their opinion ?0 -
psulemon knows his stuff. You are doing the right thing.0

Thanks again
I hope in one week I can see some results...this first week, though I was religious about counting calories and exercising, had me lost nothing.0 -
One last thing reduce some of your carbs. Most days you compete with me. I would aim for 35% carbs, 40% protein and 25% fats.0

Ok! I'll give it a try!0
