Frack it all

I'm eating this week. I have been doing heavy lifting with only one significant hiccup since November. I am going to see if I can push through my stalls without resetting too much. I'm female and I lift heavy - starting strength program via Mark Rippetoe. So far I am loving the results. I feel strong enough to box an ox and the endorphins I get from just 3 workouts a week are enough to ensure my face is smiling.
I don't want to track everything here because I too often find that I grab a handful of almonds, look them up to track them, and by the time I finish logging all my almonds are gone, and I didn't even enjoy them!
So if you look at my log, it's safe to assume that I'm actually downing a lot more than I'm actually recording.
I'd like to be your friend if you:
Lift
Are a woman who doesnt need to be a skeleton
Participate in any athletic challenge regularly
Want to be a better human. =D
Wow doesn't this list make me seem like a huge jerk?
All that aside I really hope that everyone with an ounce of motivation finds that they can make it grow and I really hope that people who get on here just to track will take up some exercise in some form. There's a saying..no one's really afraid of failing as mich as they are afraid of their own potential.
