    late 40's here, feel free to friend request me! I like having simular friends in my age category too. As we get a little bit older, our metabolism is different compared to the younger crowd! So, it helps when you can compare with your age group! good luck! I started in March so, have not been on here that long either, but it is a great site with lots of good info!

    I'm turning 50 this year and "I believe my quote was when I turn 40 I'm going to be in the best shape of my life" hmmmm that didn't happen for a few reason's really.
