    Congrats doll! i lost 15 pounds and have gain it right back with laziness and lack of will! You are an inspirations and an eye opener that it takes dedication and will power.. But with that anything is possible!

    Any tips? What keep you going (esp with 3 kids!?!?)

    I've changed my view on food 100%. I eat more clean and I count every calorie that I eat. I love high intense cardio and weight training. Having a support network that cheers me on has helped HUGE. Having these pictures of myself has helped also. The more the weight came off the more I was excited to see more come off. It has not always been easy but so worth it in the end.

    in your case a picture is worth a thousand words.your story is so encouraging. I have alot of weight to lose. have always been overweight,today I am obessed. but with freinds and encouraging stories like yours I'll keep going one day at a time.
