hey guys--

i weight 150, my g.w. is 130, my height is 5'7, so if any of you are around the same--add me :) motivation always helps! at the moment i'm struggling with working out in the morning and food as well! have a great one!

    You sound JUST like me!
    I'm currently at 141.8lbs GW is 125lbs. I started the year off at 150lbs and one year before that I was 160lbs (the heaviest I have ever been). I am 5'2''. I am doing okay with my diet, but I'm having issues cutting down on sodas, beer and carbs. gah. I'm also having issues finding time for the gym. I work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, I have school Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm-9:05pm. So on those days I can't work out. On Monday Wednesday and Fridays it's difficult just to find time to make dinner and study, let alone go to the gym. I want to start working out in the mornings. I've heard that this will help get me awake. But I am afraid that I will be exhausted by the time it's time for me to go to school.

    I work 830 to 530 its awful lol the heaviest I weighted was 169 :/ im at 150 now and not sure what.to.do.too lose more.
  • I'm 5'1 and currently weigh 149.. weighed 150 two days ago. My GW is about 115 since that's ideal for my height.

    Me too.... Im 5'4 and a 150 lbs and i just started my diet today!! I Work from 8 to 5 and i manage to get the the gym everyday but my eating habits are awful!! I need some tricks to get my sweet tooth under control!! lol

    I am also 5'7". I currently weigh 153lbs and my goal weight is 129. I started 5 weeks ago, and so far I've lost 12 lbs. I'm very afraid that I'm going to plateau, so I also need to figure out how to keep it going.
