Last week I had my first NSV with going 7 miles in 1 hour. This week I beat my own personal best with going 7.34 miles in an hour!
Then I puked, died and was lovingly resuscitated by my husband with a cookie under my nose.
Seriously though, I can thank it all to strength training when 3 weeks ago I was struggling to get past 6 miles in an hour.
