Look for this book~
Diabetic Living, Slow Cooker Recipes. ISBN # 978-1-4351-18447 From Better Homes and Gardens.
It has great recipes, VERY low in calories and in carbs, and the best thing- the food taste really good!! I'm not diabetic, but I am borderline so this helps a lot. The down side, some ((not all)) recipes will taste the same or will have a soup like flavor when it's not. I got the book from Barnes and Noble in the bargain section for about 6 bucks, hopefully it's still there.0
