Running and Pilates

Hey everyone!

I was considering adding pilates to my workouts. I'm running 3x week and was wondering if it was better to do pilates before or after my run.

    Hm, I would recommend doing them before because not only does it make your muscles stronger so you can run, but it serves as a great warm up! Though you can do them after if you'd like too, more power to you :)
