I'm new and hoping to change my relationship with food

So, I was introduced to this by a friend and it looks promising. In my early teens I was heavy and in my late teens I was anorexic. From my late twenties to now my mid thirties I've gained and lost over 100 pounds and now I'm the heaviest I've ever been in my life. I need guidance and I'm hoping this will help. I have a 5 year old son and I just had a baby on March 18th 2009, so I have a lot of baby weight to lose on top of being over weight to begin with. I've joined the local gym and my husband has promised to support me in my efforts, though he always tells me he loves me just as I am. I just want to be healthy and to be able to keep up with my kids.
