HOW do I break this PLATEAU?!?!

Hey guys! I know there have been a lot of posts on this at one time or another, but I need advice. I have been at this since January, and I have lost 16 pounds and everything was going great! Then, about 3 weeks ago, everything stopped. I am not losing anymore.
I have been eating clean, staying at or under my calorie goals, and logging everything. I am not gaining either, but still. I am 5''9'' and was eating 1350 calories a day. I exercise 4-5 times a week, mostly biking about 10 miles daily, and some light weight training a few times a week. I recently read that I should up my calories, so now I am at 1500 and I try to eat 1700 if I exercise.
Has anyone successfully beat a plateau? What should I be doing differently? I am getting discouraged, and upping my calories hasn't seemed to do anything. What did you do that worked?
Thanks in advance for your help!! This website has been endlessly helpful! :-)

From what I have read on the subject you are on the right track. It is something that you just have to endure until it subsides. Also, you said that you increased your calories the increased calories should come from more protein. Also, changing the workout a bit. If you bike, try the elliptical. If you swim try the bike or anything that will use a different muscle group. Just my thoughts. Hope it helps.0

You've been willing to put this much great effort into it. Just a little more.
