There cannot possibly be 25 grams of fat in one eggo. That must be a typo! Okay, I am going back in to look again, and will hopefully have a few suggestions for you when I am done.0

First of all, you should see the protein in the red--it is good to eat a lot of protein. As for sodium and sugars and things like that, my only suggestion is to eat less processed, prepared food and make more of your own foods. Those are so high in salt especially, and they can also be high in carbs and sugar. If you start preparing more things from whole foods, you'll see a difference right away.0

Thank You ! That's what i thought about the eggo too but the box said the same thing0

My opinion: I agree with everything the above poster has said but in addition ~ not sure how much water you are drinking and it also doesn't look like you are eating enough calories. You need AT LEAST 1,200 NET for your body to function properly. I am no expert by any means but have been told this many of times.
You most likely have plateau'd.
Also you probably should be eating more for breakfast..Fuel your body more in the morning and eat less calories for dinner and snacks.
Protein shakes with unsweetened almond milk and hard boiled eggs are my breakfast of champions this week. I switch it up each week.0 -
One thing I see is the rice a roni. Anytime you eat any of those convenience type foods, you're going to get a lot of salt. I will occasionally buy those types of things, but I always use only half the seasoning packet to reduce the sodium. Then I use it another time in some plain rice/pasta.
I'd also recommend more fresh fruits and veggies.0 -
Everything everyone else said...but also not a lot of fruits and veggies.
And if the box says 25grms of fat for an egg....then it is right. :-)
Try to mix things up.
If you are going to have so much processed food you do need to increase the water to a significant amount...however, if you can move away from it its a better option!
Also, just looking at your goals I think it is awfully low for a goal. Just a thought that you might already be at your optimal weight....if you work out and have muscle 118 is going to be very hard to hit and maintain. I am not an expert but talking to a Dr or a nutrienist might be helpful as well.0 -
I don't have anything really to offer than what has already been said. Almost everything is processed which is going to be high in sodium....its a preservative to help make those foods last longer. Instead of eating canned peaches or green beans, buy some fresh fruit and veggies. Do you have a rice cooker? Buy some regular brown rice and put that in the rice cooker, make enough to last you a couple of days....that is a lot healthier and has a lot less sodium than boxed rice. I'm on the eat more calories to lose weight team, so I would eat more, but that is totally up to you. I think that figuring out ways that you can make the foods you like using fresh ingredients will be your best bet. And if you like those foods simply because they are convenient, spend one morning a week in the kitchen making all of your meals for that week and individually bag or freeze them.....that will make it really convenient when you need a meal and it will be a lot healthier! Good luck. Plateaus suck!0

On my weeks that I eat cooked eggs for breakfast I will most times use egg beaters and some whole eggs and make some sort of crustless quiche or fritatta with fresh veggies. I will bake it in an 8 x 8 pan; once it's cooled down divide it up into 5 separate Ziploc containers and bam! I have breakfast for each day of the week to take to work. And you can do different variations so as to not get bored!!
I also sugges the Skinnytaste.com website. Great recipes with fresh ingredients!! (I think)0 -

One pound per week is a healthy reasonable rate. Too fast and you may just end up hurting yourself in the long run. Don't rush it good things come to those who wait. I struggle too it's frustrating. And all I want is 20 lbs to be at 140 and I will be perfectly happy with myself :-) Good luck grocery shopping!0 -

25 is the calories from fat, not the fat content. One Eggo has 3g of fat...see here:

One more thing.....have you calculated your BMR lately? And what is you weekly goal you have set up in MFP? I've read that its a good idea to change your goal to .5 pounds a week instead of 1 or 2 because the home stretch pounds are always a lot harder to lose. It seems like you are eating very little food, especially since I see that you are getting exercise calories that you aren't eating back. It might be worth checking your current BMR and increasing your calories. I see that you hit a point in the last few weeks where junk food (candy, dorritos etc) jumped into your diet and those increase your daily values very quickly. My guess is that those cravings took over because you are restricting too much. Allowing yourself more calories everyday and filling upon veggies and fruit (sweet-ish like candy) might satisfy those cravings without turning to junk foods.0
