mnichols i work out every day lol and just stay within my calories : ) i try to leave 500 cal left at the end of the day. but thats why working out is so important! its easy to leave lots of calories at the end of the day when i earned 500 or more that day while working out : )0

um.. I have been trying to eat all my Cal.. It told me to eat 1400.. I thought if I went below it that my body would think I was starving.. I usually have 0-200 left at the end of the night, but I do not exercise0
