off the pace..

I have not logged in my meals in four days. I have not ran or lifted weights in three days. I have eaten candy after lunch and dinners...I have told myself I "needed" a diet coke. I feel like poop! I know I am addicted to sugar but every time I eat lunch and dinner, I feel like I am in need of sugar...what is up with my body? I get headaches EVERY time I eat sugar and I still think I NEED it. My goal is to eliminate sugar completely....I am slowly dying here!
