I am a mom of 2 young children and am looking to lose the weight in the stomach region that never quite came off after I had my youngest. 3 yrs. ago. So far I have managed to (attempt to) cut back on soda and am now tracking my food intake which is a first for me. I am hoping to do better with getting fit and sticking with it now that I am finally putting more commitment into it. Thanks in advance for any support you can give and I hope I can help in return. :happy:
