any experience? I am 55 with PA,OA in back and hip. Want gentle guidance to get off my bum and have fun. Already do at least 90 mins on st.bike

Do you have access to a pool so that you could do some water aerobics? Try some light weights for strength training, triceps and biceps. I use 5 pounds and do arm lifts, the more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn.
I walk to avoid the pounding on the knees, I don't do a fast pace, just keep a decent pace. May not work with back and hip problems.

I have thought about getting a Wi just for exercise. Not sure I can afford it and the accessories needed though.0

I have a pool and use "weights" in the summer. Just waiting for the water to get warm enough-hoping for next week'0
