    Isn't that kind of like eating back your exercise calories?

    eta: would you have to log that as cals in? Pretty sure they'd already be logged. Could this be the "negative calorie food"????

    If you change your mind, let me know....I'm pretty good at stalking. And by that I mean, not very. In fact, I'm not even a very good friend on here. Most of the people I "hide" so I don't have to read about how they eat only 900 calories or wonder why they aren't losing weight (and clearly eating stuff like McD's, drinking crap like soda, and eating nothing remotely healthy is the reason).
