MFP vs. HRM vs. Ped

HI everyone.
I just went for a 20 minute brisk walk. 3.5 mph
My gps enabled pedometer said I burned 170.7 cals
My HRM says I burned 316.2 cals.
MFP says a 20 minute walk at 3.5 mph is 175 cals.
I used the MFP value to be safe...
What is more accurate?
The HRM and Pedomter both had me enter age, hieght, weight, gender.

Your hrm says 316?
Normally I would say go with what your hrm says.
If you are just starting out with exercise then you do have a higher burn. I know that I use to burn a lot more at the start, than I do now. but that's because I'm a lot fitter.
Anyway, when you take the 3 readings you get an average of 220, maybe you could go with that.0 -
Yea.. when I walk, or lift, the HRM reads higher than other sources.
When I ride the stationary bike, the HRM reading is lower than what the bike says.0 -
I would go with what the HRM said as long as it has a chest strap. Otherwise its not right either.0
