Any suggestions are welcome! I do cardio 5 days a week but I would like to get some anaerobic in there too and don't know where to start. MY husband is a lifter but I am wondering if there is a woman friendly plan that I might like?

not sure what "woman friendly" means but lots of people are doing strength programs like new rules of lifting for women. but the movements havent been modified to be more accessible to women or anything (sorry i guess i'm still stuck on not understanding what woman friendly means as anyone can lift a weight, regardless of their gender), but it's a good primer for starting strength training and many of the movements involved.

Strength training, aside from kegels, is gender neutral.

Men can do kegels too! They're not as popular, but men can strengthen their pelvic floor without anyone knowing. Just think, that guy you saw at the store? Doing his kegels in checkout.
