quick snack/meal ideas

I'm trying to increase my calories and eat 1600 per day, but the problem is I don't have much time to cook. Therefore, most of my proteins are rather plain, which does not add up to many calories and therefore is making it difficult to come up with foods to reach my calorie goal each day. Does anyone have suggestions for snacks/ meals that can be prepared quickly? I'm not looking for anything too low in calories, but rather foods that will help me get to my 1600 calorie goal each month. All input would be greatly appreciated!!!
