Orange Cream Milkshake

Okay, I wasn't sure whether I was seriously going to make it, but it's pretty bomb, so I thought I should go ahead and share the recipe for it.

5 minutes to prepare, 330 calories (and it is a small serving, so it's best for those low-volume eaters who have trouble reaching their calorie goals, like myself, or someone who's willing to indulge a little and just work off the calories).

I used:
orange juice -- 3/4 cup
vanilla ice cream -- 1/2 cup
plain nonfat yogurt -- 1/2 cup
sugar (to taste, really) -- 2 tsp.

Just blend all cold ingredients in a blender, probably under "milkshake" speed. And yum. =D. This may not technically a milkshake and may be more of a smoothie... but whatever. <3. Let me know whatchu thinkin'.
