I went to work early today to run on the treadmill (I work at a hospital), and we have a night time maintenance man employeed here. He is famous for looking down womens shirts, and "checking them out". all the time rather than doing his work. I went into our Cardiac Rehab area and pulled the blind down because he walks around outside and looks into windows to look at "his women". Thats right, he seriously calls them "his women"! I pulled the blind down as far as I could but there is a small plant in the window sill so the blind has about a 3 inch gap that if you got really close you coule just barely peak in. Well guess what? That freak did just that!!!! He told me that he could see a light on in the room so he walked up to the window but could only see my legs moving on the treadmill. Really...Really...Really!
What a frickin pervert. I am saddened just for the fact that I have to work with this bum. My wife used to work out in the Physical Therapy section, but she always had a funny feeling that somebody was watching her. One day, she was doing push ups, and you know how your shirt hangs low (gravity), she stood up and there he was in the window watching her excersice! My wife hasn't been there since. I bought her a home gym just so that she wouldn't have to deal with his oogling eyes.
Thanks for letting me rant off to you all.

Ewww, I hate that! I've got one at my work I try to smile and be nice anyways, because that's just the kind of person I am, but I think my mouth turns into a snarl anyways. Fortunately I only work two weekdays, so the other two days are generally perv free.0

ewwww yuk! I would get everyone together and do something to let him know you all know he is a dirty ol' perv! Just in some subtle way to get him thinking. Actually, it sounds like he is a bit stupid and might not get the hint!!0

I'd put in a complaint with HR. It's not a one off and he needs a wake up call that his behaviour is unacceptable.0

Personally, I don't even think it would be worth it to put in a complaint. He's just all around nasty!0
