How much Protein is too much?

Eat 1g per lean body mass pound.
I'm at 120lbs of Lean mass so I eat 120g of protein daily.
30% fats and 40% carbs tend to round protein out to almost the proper setting in MFP.
Any extra protein in the system that doesnt get used ends up in the urine.
A good place to start is 1g per LBM then move up if you still feel hungry throughout the day.
Cycle carbs up on lifting days and cycle fats up on rest days and youll do great!0 -
Thanks Dan, i was advised that i should be eating around 1.5 per lb...I`m pretty active in the evening so try and hit 200/250 gr per day...I just wondered if it was too much..0
