Raw or Cooked weight?

Prolly a silly question that has been asked a thousand times, so i apologize in advance...lol
For those of you that weigh your meat (protein), do you weigh raw, or cooked (chicken, fish, etc. we dont eat red meat)? Are most of the weights in database raw weight? I would assume the cooked weight is lower, through the loss of water, etc. but does it make much of a difference.
Veggies n fruit, etc. dont really matter to me if raw or cooked, solely in terms of weighing, its all good!!
I weigh cooked, I do all of my prep and cooking for the wife and I on Sunday, then throughout the work week, we just take out what we want, weight it and off we go.
Thanks all
