    Great thought - thank you.

    Do you mind sharing your food and exercise routines and/or tips? I see from your info that you did not have any significant plateaus, even with your last few pounds. I have been stuck and would appreciate some words of wisdom.

    You are very welcome.

    Food and exercise routines... lets's see.

    typical meals:

    Breakfast:
    multi grain waffles or 100 calore cinnamon pancakes (recipe is posted in the recipe section)
    sugar free syrup
    strawberries

    Lunch:
    mock shrimp fried rice: brown rice pilaf, shrimp, egg substitute, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper
    or
    fat free hotdog & wheat italian bread
    or
    whole wheat pasta, mix in 1/4 low sodium cream of chicken soup & sprinkle some shredded mozzerella (sounds strange but so good!)
    or
    left over from the night before

    Midday snack:
    fat free yogurt
    or
    sugar free pudding cup
    or
    wheat thin crackers w/ homemade roasted red pepper hummus
    or
    fruit
    or
    popcorn

    Dinner:
    I'm always trying new recipes that I find or are posted on here
    some sort of fresh veggies, grilled, sauteed or steamed
    fish or lean meat, grilled
    or
    meatloaf in a mug (recipe posted)
    or
    meatloaf muffins (recipe posted)
    or
    tacos

    dinner is almost always different so try to change it up


    Exercise:
    I started using my Wii to workout. I am currently using Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. I do 20-40 minutes a day (depends on my 3 y/o). It's mainly boxing. When it's nice out and I have time, I will go out for a walk/jog or I'll hop on my treadmill and do atleast 3 miles.
