I need motivation

I have been struggling to get these last 10 pounds off. I am 5'3 and I am 156 pounds. I need ladies maybe my own size to do a small challenge with me or friend me and we can lose together.I feel like I lose .2 or .4 all the time and then the next week I gain.

I work out 3-4 days a week. I am starting to run and I hardly do Strength training which I know I should to help burn fat faster. I carry all my weight in my tummy and thighs.

HELP....Add me as a friend and we will motivate each other!
