Calories in/calories burned

When I manage to get to my exercise classes I will burn about 500 calories. I do eat some of them back, but not all. Here is my question: If I don't exercise on a given day should I eat less calories? Or should I just make sure that I am burning enough calories for the week? In other words....should I balance it out daily or can I do this weekly?

You should eat whatever MFP sets as your caloric intake for the day (and log your exercise).
For example, if your "ticker" says 1500 cals each and every day, but goes up to 2000 when you exercise-- then eat each of those numbers on each respective days.0
